  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.

  10. Shareware Version

  12. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  13. software; make as many copies of the Shareware un-registered 
  14. version of this software as you wish; give exact copies of the
  15. original Shareware un-registered version to anyone; and 
  16. distribute the Shareware version of the software in its 
  17. un-registered form via electronic means.  There is no charge 
  18. for any of the above.

  20. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  21. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  22. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  23. (commercial or otherwise).

  37. One registered copy of BtSearch may either be used by a single
  38. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  39. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  40. multiple people, but not both.

  42. You may access the registered version of BtSearch through a network,
  43. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  44. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  45. through the network.

  49. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  50. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
